Being a restaurant on Amager close to Sweden, we have taken in history and the two islets. We have maintained some of the old traditions within cuisine art and spiced it up with a touch of the new - exactly like Saltholmen and Peberholmen (two islets named after Salt and Pepper, respectively).
We believe it is important to maintain traditions, but also to keep up with the development as well as to taste the contrasts. Accordingly, we would like to welcome you to an experience from past to presence.
